Project 36 Services ("we," "us," "our") operates poolprosarlington.com. This page explains what information we collect from visitors and customers, how we use it, and the choices you have. - Job applications — name, contact information, address, the position applied for, and your answers to application questions.
- Customer portal accounts — if you're an existing customer with portal access, we store your login credentials and service/account history.
- Phone calls — if you call the number on this site, we may track that a call occurred (and, for ad campaigns, which page or ad it came from) so we know our advertising is working. We do not record call audio for this purpose.
- Automatic analytics data — like most websites, we use Google Analytics, which automatically collects things like your approximate location, device/browser type, and how you navigate the site, using cookies.
- Advertising data — if you arrive here from a Google ad, Google may use conversion tracking cookies to tell us that ad led to a call or form submission, so we can measure which ads are worth running. We do not receive your personal identity from this — just that a conversion happened.
How We Use This Information
- To respond to quote requests, schedule service, and communicate with you about your pool service.
- To review job applications.
- To operate and secure customer portal accounts.
- To understand which pages and ads are actually helping customers find us, so we don't waste money on advertising that isn't working.
- To improve the site itself.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't use your quote-form or job-application details for advertising purposes.
Who We Share Information With
- Google — Google Analytics and Google Ads receive the automatic analytics/conversion data described above, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
- Service providers — we may share information with tools we use to run the business (e.g. scheduling or payment processing), only as needed to provide that service to you.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and, once active, advertising measurement (Google Ads conversion tracking). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so won't affect your ability to call us or submit a quote request, but it may affect how well we can measure which pages are working.
Data Retention
We keep quote requests, job applications, and customer account information for as long as reasonably needed to provide service or as required by law, and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed.

Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adults seeking pool service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
