How often should I have my pool serviced?

We recommend weekly service during swim season (March-October) and bi-weekly during winter months. Weekly service prevents algae growth, maintains chemical balance, and catches equipment issues early.

What's included in weekly service?

Our weekly service includes: skimming surface debris, vacuuming pool floor, brushing walls and steps, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, testing and balancing water chemistry, checking equipment operation, and a detailed service report with photos.

Do I need to be home during service?

No, you don't need to be home. As long as we have access to your pool area, we can perform the service. You'll receive a detailed report with photos via email or through your customer portal after each visit.

What if it rains on my service day?

Light rain doesn't affect our service. For heavy rain or storms, we may reschedule to ensure your chemicals aren't diluted and we can properly clean the pool. We'll notify you of any schedule changes.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! We offer a 1-year warranty on all parts and labor - the best in the DFW area. Most competitors only offer 90 days. We stand behind our work and use only quality parts.

Do you speak Spanish?

How do I pay for services?

We accept credit cards, checks, and cash. For weekly service, we bill monthly. For one-time services, payment is due upon completion. We also offer autopay for your convenience.

What happens if my pool turns green?
